Generation Z is experiencing and reacting to the world very differently from their Millennial Parents and Baby Boomer grandparents. Providing recruitment posters that encourage nontraditional students that represent your community is important, particularly with the wide diversity of schools across the country. These posters display excellent work developed by schools in Pennsylvania with funding from the Pennsylvania Department of Education Bureau of Career and Technology Education. A template is provided for your school to use to develop your own equity posters for recruitment to your programs.
